Vintage Cherub Boy on Gondola with Dragon Head, Blue Patina with Gold/ Gilt Painted Accents

The cherub is sweet as could be with blue wings, tipped with gold/gilt, as are "shorts". The gondola has a lot of detail with a rose and leaves, delicately painted. He is sitting on a bench towards the back of the gondola. He is blonde, blue eyed with heart shaped mouth.

Measures approximately 4 inches wide, and three inches tall.

There is a marking on the bottom, but due to aging, hard to decipher. I see a shield and what appears to be the numbers 8588. Possibly German, turn of the century. Also torn if bisque or porcelain.

Item shipped USPS, Priority Mail, sturdy box from the Post Office, with tracking number and insurance.
