Vintage Majolica or Maiolica Glazed Pottery Dish, Trinket, Italian, hand painted on the bottom, hand signed 375 Italy.
Gorgeous vibrant colors. The bottom, of the basket is a lovely yellow gold with detailed basket weaving. The top portion, the lid, has beautiful shades of green leaves and yellows, burnt orange, and plum tones for the fruit. There is one minor flaw on one of the leaves where a tad of paint has been lost.
The bowl is nice and deep and the lid fits snuggly for safe keeping of your trinkets.
